To become an active participant in the Power Ministry of the Kingdom of God, it will be important for you to understand who you are in Jesus, and what you have been created to be and do with him in your life.
When you have finished the 4 Core Courses, no matter what situation or circumstance you find yourself, you will be able to say,
I am created in the image of God.
As a disciple of Jesus, the Messiah of Israel and the Lord of the whole earth, I am being restored to my Responsibility, Authority and Capability to manage and manifest the good Will and Purposes of the Sovereign Creator ‘on earth as in heaven.’
You may not understand what all of the words or ideas in this statement mean yet, but by the time you have finished these four courses, we hope they will make perfect sense to you and will help you always remember who you are and what you are here to do.
Our first task is to put Power Ministry where it belongs right in the center of the Gospel of the Kingdom. To do this we are going to talk about three things.
First, we will review what the Bible says about the Gospel and clarify what Jesus and his first disciples meant when they talked about the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Second, we will examine how the Gospel and Power Ministry are linked together in the Bible.
Third, we will ask if the impact of the Gospel in our culture compares with the first few centuries and show how the Gospel with Power Ministry could make a difference in our generation.
This first course is going to lay down foundations for everything else you will learn in the other 3 courses of the Power Ministry School.
